Boy, I know I saw this, but it kind of merges together with all the other “old people are cooler than you think” movies I’ve seen. I do remember that it was a pretty decent one though – anything with Maggie Smith and John Cleese is at least worth a try.

Time Bandits
Yes, of course I liked this. Like I even need to type this “review”. Terry Gilliam is da man!
Monty Python and the Holy Grail
If you haven’t seen this, you’ve missed out on everything. If you saw it and didn’t laugh your ass off, then you have absolutely no sense of humor. You’re probably an idiot too.
Monty Python’s The Meaning of Life
In case you’ve ever wondered, leave it to Monty Python to answer life’s most urgent question. Philosophical throughout, this movie will forever change how you view your place in life and in the world at large.
Monty Python’s Life of Brian
Jesus Christ, what a funny movie.
A Fish Called Wanda
Great movie. John Cleese isn’t always great in movies, but when the character is right, he’s perfect. This movie’s got a great assemblage of wacky characters, they each have massive flaws which are covered by the other characters. As a team, they can get things done… or totally screw things up. Whatever.
Fierce Creatures
I saw this movie in Pattaya, Thailand in a crummy hotel room. I was totally sick and unable to go golfing with my friends. So, I stayed inside almost all day in a half-conscious daze. The TV didn’t really come in very well, there was an annoying flashing horizontal line across the middle of the tiny screen. The speakers buzzed loudly in unison with the flashing line. I could barely hear the movie, but I watched it anyway. It seemed to be OK… a lot like “a fish called wanda” (go figure), but not quite as good. I’m not entirely sure what the plot even was.
Erik The Viking
I can’t believe that my TV guide (which I’m using as a memory cue) gave this movie 1 star! what the hell? It was fun through and through, and totally original.
