I liked it, but I only liked it once. The second time around, this movie was really annoying..

Batman II
I think this was the one with Val Kilmer and cat-woman & the penguin. I don’t know, they all kind of blend together… No, wait, Val Kilmer came later.
Batman
I didn’t really like this movie. It was way over-hyped. I especially didn’t like the scene with the prince songs in the museum. The whole movie seemed a bit “crammed together”. They really didn’t spend the time developing the villain’s character (a problem with all the Batman movies). I don’t think people realize that comic book characters can be really complex – that’s what’s appealing about them. They’re not appealing if they’re just presented to us with no real background other than “this is a good guy” or “this is a bad guy”. the other Batman movies had this same problem – especially Batman III. Yes, they did make an effort to develop the characters in all these movies, but I don’t know, it just seemed like it wasn’t enough.
The Dream Team
A bunch of dysfunctional mental cases all take advantage of eachother’s strengths to do… whatever the plot of the movie is. uh… it was entertaining… not the kind of movie you’d go out of your way to see…
Night Shift
A man finds his inner courage and strength by becoming a pimp. A decent enough movie, heck, it’s got the Fonz, Batman and “Dianne” from cheers (what a team!).
Multiplicity
This was a fun movie, it’s comedy where a person has himself cloned to help with his busy life. Of course, his life just gets busier and it doesn’t work. I was wondering… would this work as something other than a comedy? Perhaps a murder/drama/mystery? There are a lot of possibilities here, I’m sure it’s just a matter of time until someone makes another similar movie. (see the sixth day – and it sucked).
Mr. Mom
It had to be done. Dad stays home & mom goes to work. In a matter of time, every possible living scenario will have been done in a movie.
Johnny Dangerously
Definitive mobster spoof. But not a spoof of mobster movies, or even real mobsters, a spoof of the “cartoon image” mobsters. The glorified Al Capone type, who doesn’t really kill anyone… except a few other bad guys. There’s enough material here to keep anyone entertained from start to finish. When is Joe Piscipo gonna make a comeback? He is cancer-free last I heard…?
