I liked it, but I only liked it once. The second time around, this movie was really annoying..

Edward Scissorhands
Chop chop! A film that everybody can kind-of like. Winona Ryder in her heyday… Johnny Depp doing his thing… Tim Burton doing his thing…
Age of Innocence
Yet another movie about sex. Sex a couple hundred years ago anyway… apparently it hasn’t changed much. Innocent? hardly.
Dracula (Bram Stoker’s)
Not sure what to say about this one. I suppose it was fun to watch, and more moody than cheesy… but does the world need more vampire movies?
Boys
Here’s one really darn dumb movie. I kept waiting for it to make some kind of sense, but it never did. And in the end? She didn’t do anything wrong, so what’s the big deal? Why in the world did Winona Ryder agree to do this script? Almost every character is completely irrational and illogical, there’s no explanation given for almost anything, I had no idea why anyone was doing anything.
Mermaids
Honestly, it’s been so long since I’ve seen this… I have virtually no idea what to say about it.
Lucas
I really liked this movie. I dunno, it was “cute”. I haven’t seen it in years though, so I don’t know what I’d think of it today.
Lost Souls
It’s about this guy who is slated to be the re-incarnation of the devil… although he doesn’t know it. Winona Ryder is in this, for once she did a decent job (she wasn’t the ‘same character she usually is’). I don’t know, it’d be a stretch to say this was a good movie, but I suppose it was worth a buck fifty at the cheap theater. Don’t go out of your way to see it, but it won’t harm you.
Heathers
Yes, I loved this movie… High school sucks, it needs to be destroyed. When you consider that this movie came out during my senior year in high school… it holds a special place in my head.
Great Balls of Fire
Yes, he sure did have great balls of fire. I guess the world just wasn’t ready for hillbilly romance back then. If this happened today, he’d just sell even more records.
Girl, Interrupted
I was really impressed with this. Perhaps that’s because I wasn’t expecting much, but I think regardless, this is a movie that works. In the end, the funniest thing is that… the therapy works, sort-of.
