Strange tale about the goings-on in Trona, CA. I’ve been to Trona – very strange place, I must agree. While this movie does capture some of the mood and feel of the place, it just doesn’t pass my disbelief filter. For starters, there’s no way that girl would have waited for the guy in the movie all those years… And the nearest parking garage to Trona, CA is like a 4 hour drive. We’re supposed to believe the main character lives in Trona, and works in a parking garage??? This scene was at the start of the movie, and the rest of the time, I was thinking, “huh”?
