Hot Springs
One perk of Landmannalauger was the abundance of natural hot springs in the area. We spent most of a day taking showers, eating, and soaking in the springs. The main soaking area was at a place where some frigid water mixed with scalding water. This can make for an interesting soak, as you maneuver to find the most ideal spot.
